A few words about the parts department. I had to track down an item that was discontinued. Bob Weaver showed in stock, and they did indeed have it. After 12 years of having my 2008 Wrangler it was time for an update. I wanted a new Jeep but needed some help. Back in April I custom ordered our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with Nate Snyder at Bob Weaver Jeep in Pottsville. He was super helpful with us picking all the options for the jeep, kept us up to date through the waiting/ordering process. It took us around 2 1/2 months total to get the jeep which wasn’t bad considering the market right now. Nate gave us a fair trade for our old jeep and I would 100% recommend working with him to purchase from here. We love our new jeep!

Fantastic customer service! Needed something looked at on a van we purchased from them in the past, on a Saturday morning. The service department was closed, but they gave us a "courtesy vehicle" for the weekend until they were able to fix our van, for the price of the gas we used in it. I called them on a Thursday about an issue when the engine light came on and they got me in on Monday for a test which came up as an Engine Turbo Boost failure! It was covered fully under warranty... and my car was finished and ready for pickup on Tuesday! The service team was also very nice and did keep in touch with me to let me know what was going on and the time span for completion!! Would recommend this place HIGHLY as far as service repair goes....I did not purchase the car at this establishment... but it needed to be repaired by a GM dealership and this repair was for a 2017 Buick Encore!! Everyone was kind and courteous!!!! I'm not sure if they actually sell Buicks here.... which I love mine.... but if they do.... I would definitely purchase my next one from them!!! After discussing the issue with service advisor (Vaughn) suggested I bring truck to dealership immediately without an appointment for his technician to see. After pulling into the service bay within 5 minutes a tech was investigating the issue. He took the truck back to the garage and within 15 minutes I had the truck back and the tailgate has functioned flawlessly ever since, fixing a problem which was giving me fits for months! I lost my home to a fire, and the only thing that survived was my Subaru Legacy with some fire damage. I put my claim in through my insurance, Progressive, and I got my bodywork done at Bob Weaver Auto. I went in for an error code issue with my check engine light which Jason in service fixed promptly. I did not know that one of my head lights was out. Jason in service was great. He got my light replaced quickly and efficiently and was very polite and friendly as always. I will rate the service 5 out of 5 stars. car was in an accident 10 days ago. Was hit right front fender. Initially was worried about time to fix or even if parts were available to fix it. Turns out the initial 2 week time frame was a little off. They had the vehicle done in about a week. Picked it up today and it looks amazing. This is my first time dealing with service and I was treated with the most courteous staff ever. My wife's truck had issues yesterday and they made an appointment for today. Stacey got a technician to take the truck and in a half hour found the problem and it will be repaired by tomorrow.

This is my first vehicle purchase through them. But Nate Snyder made everything simple and easy to understand. Easy going guy with great personality. Will defitnitly go through him again and recommend him to whoever I can.

This is probably the only dealership left where you will always be treated like you matter. Like you have a personality. Like you are family!!! I recommend going there and looking for Brian G., Dominick S., and the man that makes it all possible...Mr. Bob Weaver. This dealership will handle all of your needs and take care of you better than anyone you expect!!! Plus, they have ice cream.

This is probably the second review I've ever done in my 45 years of life I purchased a new Jeep in 2018 and still have the same vehicle to this day just recently paid it off this past January I had a slight Hit and Run where the person took off and of course I had to pay a $500 deductible Etc. I did not have a warranty left since the car was paid off and we were customers since 2018 meaning all of our service was done by Bob Weaver's on our vehicle I was so thankful to hear that they had a collision center. I was very grateful to continue to have Bob Weaver's Company be the one to fix the damage on our vehicle I can say over the past six and a half years my car has only been touched by that dealership and their workers and I've always had Great Encounters in all departments. It was a very frustrating time as you can understand what your car getting hit and somebody just leaving the scene they were very polite and patient with me and helped me in every way shape or form. I just want to say thank you to the service Department for informing me that they had a collision center and had Jared who I believe works at the Collision Center come up to the service station and look at my vehicle while I was there 3 days after the accident to get my oil change and inspection. Like I said all departments have been courteous polite and understanding and patient over the last 6 and 1/2 years. I hope I can remember the names of all the people that helped me at the Collision Center you have to have patience and understanding in that kind of work field. It was a very trying time as you can imagine for every person I encountered there Ryan, Kyle, Lori and even down to the front desk person Sam were very polite and understanding as well as informative. I received updates almost daily on the progress of my vehicle and they made accommodations for me as well with short notice. I don't know if I mentioned this before but I do not do reviews but this place deserves recognition and not just in the Collision Center the ladies and gentlemen in both service stations. They make it a comfortable while you're having a service done whether it be an oil change inspections Tires Tires rotations Etc there's soda pop coffee popcorn a comfy waiting room in both service stations even a section for children. So if you're looking to get your car fixed from an accident or looking for to purchase a vehicle or service on your vehicle don't hesitate to give them a call or stop by.

This is the 5th vehicle my family's bought from John DiBlasi at Bob Weaver. Just a fantastic dealership to do business with. Just for some context, I have a chevy dealership a mile from my house, but I drive 120 miles just to deal with John. This time I knew what I wanted, I texted John the info he needed and I was in and out with my new Trailblazer in an hour. Fantastic!

Nate Snyder made everything about purchasing my vehicle easy, quick, and affordable. They had cars ready for test drive upon arrival. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted and the best interest rate possible. My car already looked purchase ready, and nate made sure my car was cleaned and detailed while we did the paper work. The paper work was done in no time at all, and my car was already to go and looking beautiful. The staff at Bob Weaver Auto are very professional. We used the Collision Center after my wife was hit by a deer with our car. The entire process of getting our car fixed was painless, thanks to the very friendly staff. They worked with our insurance company and the car rental company to get us all set up. The repair looks great and the staff were the best. 5/5 would recommend again!

Where can I begin? Years ago I decimated my credit. Made some poor choices and after such made every attempt to work on it all. My last car was from a "Buy here, pay here". it only lasted so long. Ever since talking to Nate Snyder at Bob Weaver Auto, the guy never stopped working to get me into something bigger and better. Kind, knowledgable, and held constant communication. Even when my original choice had been purchased he worked tirelessly to find my a vehicle that I even enjoyed over the previous choice. An easy, enjoyable, and all around amazing experience. Wonderful experience with auto body shop. Everyone was so nice and explained entire process. Had the work done during this trying COVID 19. From dropping off car for repair to picking up loaner car the team members at Bob Weaver Auto Body shop had all running like clockwork. No wasted time. Worked with Harrison only over the phone since I live 2 hours away and he made it very easy for me. Was able to work the deal all via text and phone calls and he gave me everything I requested (specific pictures of truck, interior, window sticker, etc..). I was only able to come up on a Saturday that he didn’t work but he made sure I was taken care and in good hands with Brian. Everything went smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the truck. Had rear bumper replaced from minor collision damage. Original repair was sloppy. However the customer service to resolve the issue was extremely fast and convenient. They provided a loaner car and the repairs were done correctly and looks great.

I own a 2022 Camaro SS. I didn't originally buy from Bob Weaver. I had some collision damage & decided to go to Bob Weaver. They treated me like gold royalty. Service was excellent! I would have have 5 stars but the only downfall was the ugly rental they sent me home with. I felt like I was driving a fish bowl. I will continue my business at Bob Weaver! I recently had my tires done I ordered from gm rewards card and made my appointment through the rewards site and when I got there they didn't have my name or tires and it was a 2 week wait for the appointment.

Nate is great as a sales person As far as a dealership, the only thing I would recommend is out the door pricing It gives a better starting point with pricing As far as a sales person, Nate is great he was efficient and the process was smooth. He takes his time to listen to your needs or concerns, He won’t waste your time.

Ryan was great but he promised me $70 and I never got it.

The two collision center front office personnel, Lori and Sharon were friendly and helpful thru the whole process.

They were able to fix up my Jeep after a deer incident, and now I can't even tell anything happened. The gentleman that handled my quote and took care of things was courteous and answered questions as they came. Excellent service.
